  • Personal Details: Full Name, Member ID/Username, Email Address, Phone Number, Profile Photo (optional), and Country Information.
  • Security Info: Encrypted Passwords, IP Address, Device & Browser Information, and Login History.
  • Financial & Activity Data: Wallet Activity, Transaction Records, Micro Hub task proofs, Play Arena scores, and Referral Information.
  • Verification Documents: Identity verification documents may be requested for Prime ID Verification or fraud prevention purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate accounts and maintain platform security.
  • To process payments, wallet management, and MFS Swap requests securely.
  • To verify identities for Prime badges and ensure a safe environment for Escrow deals.
  • To monitor Micro Hub activities and prevent fake submissions or spam behavior.
  • To provide customer support services, send important updates, and improve system analytics.

5. Payment & Financial Services Data

To facilitate "Add Funds" and "Withdrawals", we securely handle transaction data. Currently, we support bKash and Nagad. (Integrations for Binance, Rocket, Upay, and Bangla QR are coming very soon). We only share necessary transaction details with these specific third-party payment providers to complete your requests securely. Please note: TOP SKILL is a digital service platform and not a licensed bank.

After successful verification of ownership, personal account information will be removed from our active systems within approximately 3 days.
