Q: What is TOP SKILL and who can join?

A: TOP SKILL is a premium digital platform in Bangladesh offering micro-jobs, MFS Swaps, digital Escrow, and reward-based games. Anyone who is at least 18 years old, such as students, freelancers, or part-time job seekers, can join and start earning.

Q: Is there any fee to register an account?

A: No, creating an account on TOP SKILL is completely free. However, you can choose to upgrade your account by purchasing Prime ID Verification badges (Verified, Partner, Premium) for exclusive benefits.

2. Micro Hub & Earnings

Q: What happens if an employer unfairly rejects my correct task?

A: Don't worry! If rejected, check the employer's feedback and resubmit your proof. If they reject it a second time unfairly, you can open a Dispute Case. Our admin team will review the evidence and resolve the issue within 24 hours. If you are right, you will get paid directly to your main balance.

Q: How does the 3% Referral Bonus work?

A: When a friend joins using your referral link and successfully adds funds, you will instantly receive a 3% bonus based on their deposit. This bonus is paid by the TOP SKILL company, meaning your friend's balance is never deducted!

3. Points, Play Arena & Offerwall

Q: How does the Daily Check-in system work?

A: You get 10 points for logging in and checking in every day. If you check in for 5 consecutive days, you get a 50 points bonus! (100 Points = 1 BDT). Be careful: if you miss checking in for 7 days in a row, all your accumulated check-in points will be reset to zero.

Q: How can I convert Play Arena and Offerwall Points?

A: For Play Arena and Offerwall, the conversion rate is 10 Points = 1 BDT. You need a minimum of 100 points (which equals 10 BDT) to convert them into real main balance money.

4. Deposit, Withdrawal & Swap

Q: What is the minimum withdrawal limit?

A: For your first two withdrawals, the minimum limit is just 20 BDT. After that, the regular minimum limit is 300 BDT (via bKash/Nagad). For Mobile Recharge, the minimum is 50 BDT.

Q: Are there any charges for adding funds or MFS Swap?

A: Currently, adding funds (Min 300 BDT, Max 25,000 BDT) and performing MFS Swaps (e.g., bKash to Nagad) has 0 Fee. However, user-to-user Balance Transfers incur a small fee of 5 BDT + 1%.
