Welcome to TOP SKILL (www.topskill.digital). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform and all related services provided by Top Skill Digital. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to access or use TOP SKILL services. Creating an account confirms that you meet the age requirement and agree to all platform policies.

2. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate and valid information during registration.
  • Each user is allowed to maintain only one account unless officially approved by TOP SKILL.
  • Providing false information, fake identity details, or unauthorized payment information may result in permanent account suspension.

3. Platform Services

TOP SKILL provides various digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Micro Hub: Marketplace for micro-jobs and employer task posting.
  • MFS Swap: Secure money transfer services (e.g., bKash to Nagad).
  • Play Arena & Offerwalls: Earning points by playing games or completing specific offers.
  • Digital Escrow: Safe and secure deals between buyers and sellers.
  • Prime Subscriptions: Verified badges and exclusive benefits.
  • Savings Features: (Currently disabled for maintenance / Coming Soon)

4. Points & Rewards Policy

A. Daily Check-in Points

  • Value: 100 Points = 1 BDT.
  • Minimum Conversion: 1,000 Points (equivalent to 10 BDT).
  • Rules: Earn 10 points daily. 5 consecutive days grant a 50-point bonus. If you fail to check in for 7 consecutive days, accumulated points reset to zero.

B. Play Arena Points

  • Gameplay Mechanics: Every 20 in-game coins collected during games convert to 1 Real Play Arena Point.
  • Value: 10 Play Arena Points = 1 BDT.
  • Minimum Conversion: 100 Play Arena Points (equivalent to 10 BDT).

C. Offerwall Points

  • Value: 10 Offerwall Points = 1 BDT.
  • Minimum Conversion: 100 Points.
  • Daily Limit: Convert up to 25,000 Offerwall Points per day.

5. Add Funds, Withdrawals & Transfers

  • Add Funds: Minimum deposit is 300 BDT and maximum is 25,000 BDT. Currently, there is 0 fee (fees may be added in the future). Supported methods include bKash and Nagad. (Binance, Rocket, Upay, and Bangla QR are coming very soon).
  • Withdrawal Limits:
    • MFS (bKash/Nagad): Minimum 300 BDT to Maximum 25,000 BDT.
    • Mobile Recharge: Minimum 50 BDT to Maximum 1,000 BDT.
  • Balance Transfer: Transferring balance between accounts incurs a fixed charge of 5 BDT + 1%.
  • MFS Swap: Operating at 0 fee (subject to future updates).

6. Micro Hub Job Posting & Refund Rules

  • Employers must have sufficient balance to post a job. Upon posting, the equivalent job budget is immediately deducted from the account and placed "Under Review".
  • If the admin rejects the job for correction, the user can edit the details and resubmit.
  • Refunds: If a job is permanently rejected or deleted by the admin, the deducted amount will be instantly refunded to the TOP SKILL Main Balance.
  • Note: All platform refunds are strictly credited to the user's TOP SKILL Main Balance and will not be sent directly to external MFS or bank accounts.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Using multiple accounts on the same device.
  • Abusing the reward systems, bugs, bots, or Offerwalls.
  • Submitting fake proofs for Micro Hub tasks or misleading job requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

TOP SKILL shall not be responsible for third-party payment delays, service interruptions, or unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.
